Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization’s operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the hotel's financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Guest & Resident Relations: Act as the main point of contact for guests. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive living and staying experience for all.
  • Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, monitor expenses, and oversee revenue streams. Ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting..
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff across Rooms Division departments:
  • Training: Ensuring all employees are properly trained on hotel policies, procedures, and guest service standards.
  • Scheduling: Creating efficient work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for peak and slow periods.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve service quality.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating any disputes or issues that arise between staff members or departments.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination
  • Daily Briefings: Holding daily meetings with supervisors from both departments to discuss the day's arrivals, departures, special requests, and any maintenance issues.
  • Guest Room Status: Ensuring the Front Office has real-time updates on which rooms are clean and ready for new guests. A guest can't be checked in if housekeeping hasn't marked the room as ready.
