Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
Reservations and Check-in/Check-out
Manage Bookings: Process new reservations and cancellations using the hotel`s Property Management System (PMS).
Handle Check-in/Check-out: Perform accurate and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
Allocate Rooms: Assign rooms and manage room assignments for new arrivals.
Administrative and Financial Duties
Process Payments: Receive cash and credit card payments, process guest billing, and manage petty cash.
Maintain Records: Keep guest records, update guest history, and prepare daily reports.
General Office Tasks: Answer phones, file documents, send emails, and fax information as needed.
Front Desk Operations
Ensure Tidiness: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Manage Keys: Control and maintain guest room keys and key boxes.
