Responsibilities & Context:

• I worked as a Recitation Trainer under the Establishment of Adolescent Clubs Project implemented by the Department of Women Affairs under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Government of Bangladesh. In this role, I provided training to adolescent students on Bengali recitation, with particular emphasis on correct pronunciation, articulation, voice modulation, expression, and stage presentation.

  My responsibilities included selecting suitable literary works, explaining their themes and significance, conducting regular practice sessions, and preparing participants for cultural programs and competitions. I also monitored learners’ progress and provided constructive feedback to help them improve their performance and communication skills.

  Through this experience, I contributed to fostering students’ interest in Bengali language, literature, and culture while enhancing their confidence, creativity, and public speaking abilities. Working with learners from diverse backgrounds enabled me to develop effective teaching, mentoring, classroom management, and communication skills. The experience also strengthened my ability to engage students through interactive and learner-centered approaches.

  By integrating language, literature, and cultural activities, I played a role in the holistic development of young learners. This professional experience has enriched my pedagogical skills and deepened my understanding of language education. I believe that the knowledge and competencies gained through this role will enable me to make a meaningful contribution as a Bangla Teacher at BKSP and support students in achieving both academic excellence and personal growth.
