Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) / Nursing / Relevant field
• Training in phlebotomy will be preferred

• 1 to 2 years

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sample collection/phlebotomy
• Freshers with proper training may also apply

Additional Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in outdoor/field conditions
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
• Must have basic knowledge of sample handling and safety protocols
• Motorcycle driving skill with valid license will be an added advantage

Job Context:

Farazy Hospital Limited is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals for the position of Home Sample Collection Executive to provide quality diagnostic sample collection services at patients’ doorsteps.

Job Location: Dhaka (Field-based – Home Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at home following standard procedures
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory
• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols during sample collection
• Communicate politely and professionally with patients and their family members
• Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the supervisor
• Handle basic patient queries regarding sample collection procedures
• Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to the hospital/diagnostic center
