∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Security Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security aspects of the Group.
∎ Ensuring discipline within the company
∎ Ensuring safety and Security of the employees working in different projects/ areas.
∎ Facilitating different safety training.
∎ Conducted Global Supply Chain Security Program (C-TPAT) audit of foreign Buyer
∎ Have to Look after the Security Management, Physical Security, Security Operations,
∎ Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIP of Group
∎ Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries
∎ Keep Group Management informed regarding the latest security related matters and advice as demand necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 16 years & above working experience preferably with RMG Sector / Security providing Companies.
∎ Excellent in communication
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team leader, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Negotiable
