Job Context:
∎ The main purpose of the position is for seeking a diverse, dynamic, and education-focused Head Teacher (School Principal) to join our education community.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a wealth of teaching experience with the know-how of how to run a school in line with regulatory authority procedures.
∎ The focus of the role is to manage teaching staff, ensure the curriculum is followed, and ensure the safety and healthy learning of underprivileged students.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor the continuous improvement of teachers' quality through class observations and feedback.
∎ Provide support to Supervisor in ensuring and checking the deliverables from the Teachers, such as students' academic updates, syllabus completion reports, assessment tools, etc.
∎ Provide support in data collection and surveys in all areas of academic activities for ensuring quality education.
∎ Help the supervisor in developing policies/procedures for the effective implementation of academic activities in School. Such as rules & regulations for the students, teachers, and all staff.
∎ Ensure timely completion and submission of the necessary documents.
∎ Along with Supervisor, guide, evaluate and determine the priorities of the assigned teachers to ensure the standard of education.
∎ To provide support in scoping for students' development, mainly the students who require special attention.
∎ Provide support during staff and teachers recruitment for schools when required.
∎ Provide support in proper management of school logistics and budgets.
∎ Manage active and effective communication with students, parents, general public and media etc when required .
∎ Take responsibility for the personal and professional development of the teachers (Staffs, when applicable) throughout the year along with related teams.
∎ Provide support in organizing events with other assigned teams in the school when required.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Coordinator/Principal /Vice Princial/ School Administration/ Management in BANGLA VERSION SCHOOL OR COLLEGE Teaching Position
∎ Candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (Speaking and Writing).
∎ Have the leadership skills to motivate and manage teachers.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
∎ Has to be proactive, self-motivating, and hardworking.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
