∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Holiday Packages, Holiday Tour planner, Product Costing and budgeting, tour packaging, Travel management, Travels and tourism
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create lucrative tour packages for both international and domestic.
∎ Maintain good relationships with international DMC (Destination Management Companies).
∎ Must have very good knowledge of tourist spots and their marketing tools for both local and international.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with vendors, i.e. hotels, carriers, transportation, etc.
∎ Plan and develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for the department services to enable steady growth. Provide guidelines to Management on strategies to improve sales through tour packages.
∎ Monitor tour package & holiday sales activities in the Chattogram office and coach team members in realizing their sales targets and potential.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication and maintain links and liaison with them to expand the business and tie up for traveling.
∎ Maintain relationships with Airlines & GDS Personnel.
∎ Must know Airline Ticketing & Reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Responsible for preparing a budget, and must know the cost management for tour packages.

∎ Age 35 to 55 years
