∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Masters in Development Studies/Business Administration will be an added advantage
∎ Duty Station: Head office in Banani, Dhaka with field visits if required.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can perform as the head of solution design team which produces software requirement specifications by working with clients and in house solution delivery team. This person will participate in managing the design and business/system analysis of our solutions and support relevant teams for successful project completion.
∎ Lead and guide the solution design team (which includes System Analysts and UX designers) to produce concrete and robust Software Requirement Specifications for our projects and products.
∎ Participate in high level system design activities for each project/product.
∎ Establish optimal requirement analysis process to ensure proper resource utilization and quality of deliverables.
∎ Review SRSs prepared by the team before those are shared with client and/or other internal teams.
∎ Ensure close collaboration with Sales, Software Development, Project Management and Software Quality Assurance Teams.
∎ Act as solution design team's focal point for the PMs and clients.
∎ Manage client expectations according to project timeline and budget.
∎ Take ownership of end-to-end requirement analysis process.
∎ You have 5+ years of professional experience, a relevant part of these in managing teams focused on solutions design, project management or business analysis.
∎ You have proven influencing skills and experience in managing stakeholders at diverse levels of the organization.
∎ You manage carefully when to focus on the long-term direction of the team and when to escalate issues and discuss them with your senior peers in other areas.
∎ You are naturally interested in growing people and making the most out of the different profiles within a diverse team.
∎ You are confident working at senior levels, with excellent engagement, verbal, and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Keen observation skills with attention towards details to identify different issues of existing projects and coming up with optimal solutions.
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Project Management tools.
