Responsibilities & Context:
•Responsible for overseeing security across all SBUs of Shanta
•Maintain strong access control, surveillance, and investigation mechanisms to reduce operational disruptions.
•Carry out regular risk assessments to proactively identify vulnerabilities that may result in costly incidents.

•Evaluate vendor contracts and service agreements to secure competitive pricing and maximize value for money.
•Deploy and manage technology-driven security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
•Safeguard company property, inventory, and critical infrastructure.
•Coordinate and liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed..
•Develop and execute emergency response and crisis management plans.
•Coordinate with law enforcement, facility, HR, admin, and operations teams to ensure seamless security support.
