Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor security functions and procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements and government directives.
∎ Drive the creation and maintenance of safe, secure and risk free environment.
∎ Provide security measures to improve the standard and determine personnel requirement.
∎ Design and conduct functional trainings on Safety & Security for security personnel and evaluate the effectiveness.
∎ Prepare reports or presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Perform a continuous process of intelligence gathering for assessment and action if necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired Defense Personnel (minimum rank of Major or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years of work experience in multinational or reputed local conglomerate will be given preference
