Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
12- 15 years of progressive experience in sales preferably in commercial & hotel portfolio, with a minimum of 08 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate or property sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property laws, trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance assessments to senior management.
Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, projects, and client segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, channel partners, and industry influencers.
