  • 12- 15 years of progressive experience in sales preferably in commercial & hotel portfolio, with a minimum of 08 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate or property sector.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property laws, trends, and competitive landscape.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular performance evaluations.

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance assessments to senior management.

  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, projects, and client segments.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, channel partners, and industry influencers.

  • Lead negotiations on high-value contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand the professional network and enhance brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sales service, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and generate referrals.
