Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all data analysis related to B2B sales - extract and analyse data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues and deliver data-focused recommendations.
∎ Lead sales strategy and execution for all B2B clients.
∎ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
∎ Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve business growth.
∎ Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
∎ Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value opportunities within the enterprise segment.
∎ Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.
∎ Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirements.
∎ Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
∎ Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing structures, and terms that maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
∎ Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
∎ Create a plan to consistently deliver against assigned quota/targets.
∎ Assess the needs of our clients and gather feedback to improve upon existing products/services.
∎ Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidates with proven track records will be given preference.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
