We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) to lead our real estate sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and executing innovative marketing strategies in the real estate sector.

·       Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

·       Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance and productivity.

·       Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies effectively.

·       Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, including branding, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives.

·       Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

·       Collaborate with other departments (operations, finance, design) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
