∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in trading and manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience with BADC and BCIC operations is mandatory.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP software with good computer skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, team-building analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
∎ Good understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
∎ Lead and oversee sales activities, focusing on BADC and BCIC-related operations.
∎ Identify market opportunities and establish long-term sales plans.
∎ Ensure seamless operations using BADC and BCIC software platforms.
∎ Maintain compliance with BADC and BCIC policies and procedures during sales transactions.
∎ Train and guide the sales team on software operations to enhance efficiency.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular updates to senior management.
∎ Set KPIs for the sales team and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget to optimize resources and profitability.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
∎ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
∎ Ensure adherence to government and industry regulations, particularly for transactions involving BADC and BCIC.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers and government agencies, particularly BADC and BCIC.
∎ Act as the primary liaison between the company and these organizations to ensure smooth coordination.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to the Management.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management.
