Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage retail showroom teams to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
∎ Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability, optimal stock levels, and efficient supply chain operations.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance reports to identify business opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
∎ Maintain high showroom standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor showroom managers and sales staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.
∎ Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail business portfolios across all locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Identify new markets and potential business sectors to drive retail growth and expansion opportunities.
∎ Utilize analytics and performance metrics to guide decision-making, ensure showroom profitability, and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management.
