Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA-Finance /Accounting from a reputed university (IBA/DU)
∎ CA/CMA qualified candidates will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, Plan & Organize Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis, Controllership & Revenue Cycle functions.
∎ Assure compliance of operations as per all applicable company laws, regulations, and standards.
∎ Monthly report on company's actual performance (Profit and revenue) compared to the business plans.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on financial control mechanisms, companies act, Tax & VAT law, Audit process &
∎ Must have sufficient experience with the computerized accounting system (analysis/accounting tools).
∎ Maintaining relationship with financial institutions and Govt. entity like - banks, leasing, NBR offices etc.
∎ Plan and manage monthly financial statements including balance sheet and cash flows.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like Tally or ERP.
∎ Auditing and Reconciling Cash transaction, Company accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and payable,
∎ Organizing monthly Reconciliation, and another internal audit.
∎ Payroll, Benefits and other processing.
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records for future references.
∎ Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Responsible to prepare the annual budget & forecasting.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Applicants must have experience in VAT, TAX, IAS, IFRS, and NBR.
∎ Applicant must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience.
∎ Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Extensive understanding in overall operations of Banking/Financial Institutions
