∎ B.Sc in Civil engineering any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor regular activities of construction site, prepare and verify bills, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Archiving and maintaining office documents.
∎ Submission of drawing, load calculation, Site survey report, materials samples and follow up until approval.
∎ Joint measurement of actual work quantity.
∎ Follow-up all facade works and safety issues.
∎ Check site materials quality and volume.
∎ Prepare project construction schedule, supervision and activity management. Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule
∎ Bill checking as per completed work as per given design & quality.
∎ Client dealings.
∎ Monitoring quality of materials & quality of works as per drawings.
∎ Meeting, directing & controlling related staffs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ General knowledge on Auto CAD and MS office.
∎ General knowledge of estimation on relevant work.
