∎ B.Sc in Civil engineering any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actual BOQ as per the site measurement base on work order.
∎ Get the approval of joint measurement from client.
∎ Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
∎ Data entry and analysis in ERP Software. (If used by the company.
∎ Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement and verification of rates with order.
∎ To take the measurement from the site engineer for sub-contractor.
∎ To process it as per the protocol of the company.
∎ To follow up on the accounts department for payment.
∎ Prepare final bill for project.
∎ Checking site engineer bills and cost with bill submission tracking.
∎ Any other relevant work to the position.
