Educational Requirements:
∎ Strong academic background: Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a reputed public/private university.
∎ 10 years’ minimum experience handling at least one multinational brand.
∎ Experience in launching brands would be considered strongly.

∎ Located 40 miles north of Dhaka, Haileybury Bhaluka will have its inaugural batch of students joining in August 2023.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Head of Enrolment. Aspiring candidates are invited to apply and be a part of Best Holdings Group and Haileybury family.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a process driven enrolment pipeline, nurturing multiple sources of leads both organically and inorganically.
∎ Maintain strong and active relationships with agents of Haileybury Bhaluka
∎ Follow-up all enquiry leads in a professional and timely way, using a variety of communication channels and supported by first class school literature.
∎ Plan student recruitment campaigns.
∎ Organize student recruitment activities through liaison with educational consultancies, such as staff support sessions, spot admissions and seminars.
∎ Conduct international student recruitment activities, via liaison with marketing.
∎ Build a programme of admissions presentations and oversee school tours.
∎ Play a proactive role in student recruitment fairs.
∎ Maintain accurate student records within the CRM database.
∎ Conduct research to identify new leads through the CRM system.
∎ Manage the process of student acceptance.
∎ Keep parents up to date with accurate information on the admission stage.
∎ Communicate admissions decisions to parents.
∎ Liaise with school staff to ensure successful student joining arrangements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Self-starter who can meet ambitious admissions targets.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ High-level IT skills.
∎ Strong communication skills: high proficiency in written and spoken English.
