• MBA in Marketing will be an additional advantage.

• Applicant have expertise in ERP software handling.

• At least 5 years experience as head of distribution.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated and self-driven employee for the position of "Head of Distribution (Dy. Manager/Manager) for the fast-growing, well reputed & export oriented Pharmaceutical Industry. The Pharmaceutical industry is one of the concerns of a renowned Group of Company in Bangladesh. The position will look after overall affairs of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure nationwide smooth distribution & customer service through depots.

• Monitor the inventory level and allocate stock for all depots to meet up uninterrupted product supply to the customer.

• Facility selection for set up new depot.

• Prepare SOPs for Distribution Department.

• Develop self-monitoring system to reduce distribution cost and minimize return.

• Co-ordination with Sales, Finance & Accounts, Marketing and Production Department.

• Reconcile national sales proceeds & stock and maintain it without any deviation.

• Develop various reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance &Accounts and Distribution Dept.

• Prepare yearly budget for Distribution Dept.

• Ensure the compliance of various sales and distribution policy.

• Ensure 100% product delivery and collection as per policy.

• Reduce the delivery/expenses efficiency as per set up KRA.

• Coordination with the supply chain and ensuring smooth product supply and maximize the market demand.

• Stores & Inventory management.

• Prepare route plan & priority set up for supply product to the customer.

• Submit monthly/weekly requisition of product and maintain minimum stock level.

• Visit different market for the justification of delivery cost.

• Co-ordination with Sales & Distribution Dept.

• Responsible for the depot administration and maintenance of depot assets, vehicles and licenses.

• Subsidized diagnosis facilities.
