Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate in Fashion Design from any reputed university.
∎ Education might be relaxed in case of practical job experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Drive forward product development with innovative design.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities / pattern making / fits / technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Follow-up sample & pre-production.
∎ Marketing Analysis of upcoming product design, experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.
∎ Contemporary market analysis and Innovate new design technique.
∎ Communicate with Buying design and development, testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
∎ Should have good knowledge in creating unique apparel design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experienced in fashion designed & marketing job.
∎ Preference will be given for those candidates having experience in Garments Design & Buying House Operation.
∎ Must have good computer skill especially in fashion design software.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Creative with a vision for fashion.
Salary: Negotiable
