Automobile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities of Commercial Vehicle business
∎ To plan, coordinate and follow up the work activities of the Sales Team
∎ Initiate all marketing & promotional activities to increase market visibility and brand value of the product
∎ Visit prospective clients, attend queries and finalize sales
∎ Meet sales target as defined by Management
∎ Making budget and implementing marketing plans as needed
∎ Develop effective sales planning and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with target market
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and sales projection
∎ Communication with Principal (s) and share industry information about the competitors
∎ Generate various reports as and when required
∎ Respective Product Development for Future Business expansion
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have a Good operational skill at managerial level at least 5 years
∎ Candidates must have sales experience in any Large Company Sales & Marketing or Distribution Business. Experience in Commercial Vehicles or Bus Business will give preference
∎ Good knowledge on Marketing/Sales of product and services
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English and command over selling techniques
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Ability to travel extensively both in and outside of the country
∎ Capable to work under extensive pressure to achieve target
Salary: Negotiable
