Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement promotional strategies to increase brand visibility.               
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape promotional campaigns.               

2. Campaign Management:               

  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, print, and media platforms.               
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals.               
  • Manage budgets for promotional activities and ensure cost-effectiveness.               

3. Event Coordination:               

  • Organize and oversee promotional events such as product launches, trade shows,  and sponsorship activities. 
  • Represent the brand at events and ensure alignment with the brand’s image.               

4. Partnerships and Collaboration:               

  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners for brand endorsements.               
  • Negotiate sponsorship and collaboration deals to maximize exposure.               

5. Market Research and Analysis:               

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their preferences.               
  • Analyse the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies accordingly.               

6. Brand Consistency:               

  • Ensure all promotional materials align with the brand’s guidelines and identity. 
  • Monitor brand messaging across all platforms to maintain consistency.               

7. Team Management:               

  • Lead and guide the promotion team to achieve marketing objectives.   
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members for skill enhancement.               

8.Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
