Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be passionate about Asian culinary culture
∎ Strong kitchen leadership and training capability
∎ Proficient in cost control, planning, and kitchen documentation
∎ Basic English communication is required for reporting and coordination
∎ Ability to handle pressure and maintain quality during peak hours
∎ Minimum 8–10 years in professional kitchens.
∎ At least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef position.
∎ Demonstrated expertise in Pan-Asian cooking with specialization in Japanese cuisine and dim sum.
∎ Prior experience in premium or fine-dining hospitality settings.
∎ Familiarity with sustainability and zero-waste practices in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring precision in flavor, consistency, and timing
∎ Lead menu development across Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and fusion dishes
∎ Drive recipe standardization, costing, and portion control for all menu items
∎ Collaborate with procurement and finance to align purchasing with forecasted consumption
∎ Train, mentor, and manage the culinary team to uphold kitchen excellence and discipline
∎ Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols
∎ Participate in regular menu R&D and innovation sessions
