Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for greeting and seating customers, managing the waiting list, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience while they wait for a table.
∎ Hosts and hostesses should greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome as soon as they enter the restaurant. This can set the tone for the entire dining experience.
∎ Hosts and hostesses need to manage the seating process, ensuring that customers are seated efficiently and fairly. They may need to balance the needs of walk-in customers with those who have reservations.
∎ During busy periods, hosts and hostesses may need to manage a waiting list, keeping track of customers' names and the order in which they arrived.
∎ Hosts and hostesses should be knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer customers' questions about food and drink options.
∎ Hosts and hostesses should be attentive to customers' needs and work to ensure that they have a positive experience while they wait for a table.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 29 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Guest Management, Guest Relations, Guest Relations Services
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
