Job Context:
∎ Overall responsibility for Accounts & Finance, VAT-Tax, and other legal issues.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and Implement Accounts & Finance related Strategic Business Policies, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Manage financial systems and budgets.
∎ Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transactions.
∎ Review the company's systems and analyses risk.
∎ Advise the company on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance).
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Clients, Tax Department, and Company Finance Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues, direct Tax, and indirect Tax. Timely submission of the return for AIT, VAT, etc.
∎ Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, banking issue, Annual Budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, New project Viability analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management, and make companies financial Report.
∎ Dealing audit matters with the audit team in a routine manner to improve systems.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's Software Tally Prime, analyzing data, and preparing reports for the management.
∎ Detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting).
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
∎ Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
∎ Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
∎ Advise on tax and treasury issues.
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the team to implement improvement measures.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have five years’ experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Export-Import, Manufacturing, Agro-based Company.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply in the same position
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate who worked in Export-Import based Company/Group will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge in the following area: Accounting & VAT, Commercial/Export-Import, International Trade, dealing big LC & Agro-based Industrial products, etc.
