Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any graphic discipline, preferably a BFA/ MFA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding client's business problem, brand space, target audience and the overall creative strategy.
∎ Understanding the Creative Brief. Challenge the Brief to deliver better creative solutions.
∎ Creating the core idea of the communication or providing a creative solution to the business/brand problem at hand.
∎ Developing the relevant visual content for materials, integrated Marketing Communication, as needed for the campaign, across conventional, innovative, ambient, consumer engagement, and digital media.
∎ Knowing the technical requirements of print, audio visual and digital media.
∎ Working in tandem with the Brand Marketing
∎ Checking of all materials for execution.
∎ Responsibility for the final execution (of copy, visual elements, brand elements, audio and visual track, and any other content of the campaign), and doing the final check.
∎ Approval and signing off on the graphic and design materials, as per media requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prepared to take ownership and deliver long hours, as and when needed, to meet deadlines.
∎ Open to criticism, and the attitude to do deliver better results
∎ Knowledge of contemporary software for graphic and / or audio-visual.
Salary: Negotiable
