Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced designers.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The right candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining, educational, or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand.
∎ Designing to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logos, leaflets, flyers, banners, show cards, brochures, etc. & editing video to support in-house marketing.
∎ Pre-determine dimension, file type, resolution etc of all marketing channels for the efficiency of deployment as well as organize & file all branding elements.
∎ Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing along with motion graphics.
∎ Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools.
∎ Must have good experience on graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
∎ Work with team members to design solutions that are supported by the architecture of the existing systems.
∎ A self-motivated team player with good communication skills and punctuality is highly expected.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ First 3 months period is the probation period. Successful completion of 3 months probation period employees will be considered as permanent based on performance. Experience and expertise will be considered to determine salary structure.
