• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles

• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and professional-quality videos for various platforms

• Experience in designing both digital and print materials (social media posts, banners, brochures, etc.)

• Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

• Graphics Design:

• Design visually appealing materials including social media creatives, flyers, posters, brochures, banners, and internal communication materials aligned with the hospital’s branding

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports campaigns, events, and awareness programs

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors as required

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, educational content, awareness programs, and internal use

• Collaborate with various departments to conceptualize, script, and execute video projects

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content

• Optimize videos for various platforms including social media, website, and internal presentations

• Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient archiving and retrieval

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and video production
