Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Graphics Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Creative Head to produce high-quality work.
∎ In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you`re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we`d like to meet you.
∎ Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ Understand project requirements and concepts
∎ Schedule projects and define budget constraints
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Produce final design solutions (like Social media posts, banners, logos, brand identity)
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Work with copywriters and creative head to produce final design
∎ Pitch creative ideas
∎ Collaborate with team members to launch projects
∎ Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
∎ Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction)
∎ Use feedback from other designers to improve
∎ Amend designs after feedback
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven graphic designing experience for at least 1-2 years
∎ A strong portfolio of Social media design or other graphics
∎ Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (After Effects or Premier Pro is a plus)
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
∎ Time management and multitasking abilities
∎ Good knowledge of social media design and print media design
∎ Teamwork skills
∎ Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
∎ Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
