Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Graphic Design for Fashion:
∎ • Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative designs, graphics and artworks.
∎ • Develop original graphic designs for apparel, including prints, patterns, specialize T-shirt design, digital print, AOP, and illustrations.
∎ • Translate design concepts into high-quality visual assets for use in production.
∎ • Create graphics for a variety of applications, such as clothing & Banding.
∎ • Display original thinking and creativity, meet challenges with resourcefulness, develop innovative approaches and ideas.
∎ • Commit to what is necessary to reach goals, complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with alternative plan.
∎ 2. Trend Analysis and Research:
∎ • Stay current with fashion trends, color schemes, and graphic design trends.
∎ • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitor offerings.
∎ 3. Collaboration:
∎ • Work closely with fashion designers to integrate graphic elements into clothing designs.
∎ • Collaborate with the Customer demand to create visually appealing Design artwork.
∎ • Communicate design concepts and updates effectively across departments.
∎ 4. Technical Design:
∎ • Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
∎ • Work with manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately translated into final products.
∎ • Create mock-ups and prototypes to test designs and make necessary adjustments.
∎ 5. Project Management:
∎ • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all graphic design assets.
∎ • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
∎ 6. Quality Control:
∎ • Review and approve final graphic designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
∎ • Work closely with the production team to ensure correct implementation of graphic designs on final products.
