• Design professional and creative marketing materials for an interior design and furniture company, including

social media posts, promotional banners, project brochures, campaign creatives, and

digital advertisements.

• Develop visually appealing designs for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing

platforms.

• Create project-focused creatives highlighting location, investment opportunities, lifestyle

benefits, offers, project features, and future value.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, including logo,

typography, colors, and overall visual style.

• Develop multiple creative concepts for the same project or campaign when required.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand campaign objectives and

deliver designs accordingly.

• Make revisions promptly based on feedback and maintain quality throughout the revision.

Video Content & Editing

• Create professional promotional videos for real estate projects.

• Convert static designs and project information into engaging video content.

• Handle video editing, transitions, typography, sound, visual effects, and basic color

correction.

Creative team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing professional visual content for our real

estate projects, social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.

We are looking for someone who can combine graphic design, video editing, motion, and content creation.

Graphics and digital marketing knowledge to create engaging content that supports brand

awareness, lead generation, and property sales.
