Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia & Creative Technology, or a related discipline.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design creative assets for retail outlets, such as window displays, product highlight boards, price boards, danglers, and directional signage.
∎ Develop seasonal in-store themes to enhance the brand experience and improve customer engagement.
∎ Work with Visual Merchandising and Retail Teams to ensure seamless execution of graphics across stores.
∎ Create event-related visuals including banners, stage backdrops, media walls, booth/kiosk branding, giveaways, and props.
∎ Design branded materials for in-store and off-site events such as product launches, seasonal promotions, CSR activities, and sponsorship activations.
∎ Maintain visual coherence between event identity and the core brand aesthetic.
∎ Develop campaign graphics for festivals, end-of-season sales, clearance events, and flash deals.
∎ Design omni-channel creative assets including posters, leaflets, tent cards, banners, and promotional displays.
∎ Align with marketing to ensure compelling visuals that drive urgency, highlight offers, and attract footfall.
∎ Design static and animated content for social media, website banners, Google ads, emailers, reels, and videos.
∎ Create visuals for digital campaigns, including influencer posts, fashion drops, and trend storytelling.
∎ Work closely with the digital team to adapt offline campaigns into strong online narratives.
∎ Maintain consistent use of typography, brand colors, tone, and graphic guidelines across all materials.
∎ Contribute to visual storytelling that strengthens Sailor’s identity and connects emotionally with its target audience.
∎ Picture Editing & Retouching
∎ Edit and retouch product photos, campaign visuals, and event coverage images for print and digital use.
∎ Ensure color accuracy, clarity, lighting balance, and consistency in all image assets.
∎ Support the content team with clean, professional visual assets for lookbooks, e-commerce, and social media.
∎ Prepare accurate print-ready and digital-ready files with proper sizing, resolution, and color codes.
∎ Coordinate with print vendors, signage makers, and fabricators to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
∎ Cross-Department Collaboration
∎ Collaborate closely with Fashion Design, Marketing, Retail, Digital, and Activation teams.
∎ Participate in concept meetings, brainstorms, and campaign development sessions.
