∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphics Design
∎ Graduated from Fine Arts/ Graphic Design from any reputed Instituted/ University in Bangladesh or Foreign/Abroad.
∎ Skills Required: RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Garments

Job Context:
∎ The company searching an enthusiastic, smart and self motivated dynamic person who has adequate knowledge on graphic design and enough experienced on garments/ fabrics/cosmetics/FMCG products design according to buyer requirement.
∎ sound knowledge about costing also

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Sound knowledge about relevant design and costing on Cover design, Inner design and overall print material design concept Like Calendar, Dairy, Annual Report, Booklet, Tri-fold /fourfold Brochure & Catalog, Greeting & ID Card, leaflets and promotional posters
∎ Maintain visual style and graphics consistency for all design deliverable as well as coordinate with other team members to promote graphic consistency.
∎ Continuous study on social media trends and design all social media assets (along with Marketing Team) including product photography, video-graphy.
∎ Working with Marketing Team to conceptualize social-specific campaigns and develop existing concepts for social media to amplify our global marketing messages.
∎ Design and create of all brand and sales assets including website, look book, sales tools, campaigns and social media. And other collateral, such as the collection catalog and window display for all seasons.
∎ Design (Logo concept realization /gift boxes/product packaging/business card etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Cost analysis
