Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing (preferably in retail/FMCG sector).
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).

Responsibilities & Context: Role Overview:
The Graphics Designer cum Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and managing digital marketing activities to enhance the brand. This role involves designing marketing materials, handling social media and digital campaigns, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Branding
- Design creatives for flyers, posters, in-store displays, hoardings, banners, and brochures.
- Create digital content such as social media posts, website graphics, and promotional videos.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions with innovative designs.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Handle SEO/SEM to improve online visibility and customer reach.
- Create engaging content for promotions, offers, and product highlights.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
3. Customer Engagement & Promotions
- Develop digital campaigns to increase footfall and repeat visits.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to understand promotions and translate them into creative campaigns.
- Support loyalty programs, festive events, and special discount drives with digital promotions.
4. Market Research & Trends
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, retail design practices, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
