• Artistic and visual skills:
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. 
• Software proficiency:
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential. 
• Communication:
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. 
• Project management:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines. 
• Problem-solving:
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual designs. 

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualization:
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for various design projects by consulting with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs. 
• Design production:
• Create layouts, visual elements, and final artwork using design software like Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Content creation:
• Produce a wide range of visual content, including graphics for websites, social media, presentations, logos, and print materials like brochures and posters. 
• Brand consistency:
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. 
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive messaging and achieve project goals. 
• Project management:
• Manage multiple projects, prepare files for production, and ensure all tasks are completed on time. 
• Staying current:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technology.
