∎ Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communication, or a related field.
∎ Any Professional Graphic Design/Visual Communication certification also eligible.

∎ BANGLAMARK Limited is the leading industrial solution provider in Bangladesh. We have been doing business in the Energy & Power sector, the Construction sector, Fertilizer & Industrial sector for more than a decade. We are enlisted as exclusive bidders in all government and private procurement. We are establishing an Automatic Filter production plant & Automobile Assembly Plant to meet the growing demand for high-quality automotive filters & automobiles (harvester, tractor, mini-truck etc.) in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated or experienced "Graphics Designer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and design graphics for various digital and print materials, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
∎ Ensure designs are visually compelling and aligned with the organization's branding guidelines.
∎ Design and optimize digital assets for websites, mobile apps, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
∎ Maintain an understanding of responsive design principles for different screen sizes and devices.
∎ Develop custom illustrations and infographics to convey complex information or concepts.
∎ Create original artwork or adapt existing designs to meet project requirements.
∎ Design layouts for printed materials such as magazines, brochures, and newsletters.
∎ Select appropriate fonts and typography styles to enhance readability and aesthetics. If needed develop unique typography for brand.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, writers, and web developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
∎ Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary.
∎ Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of design work.
∎ Proofread and review materials to identify and correct errors.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
∎ Communicate progress and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
∎ Proficiency in design software and tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Ability to work with and adapt to various design styles and brand guidelines.
∎ Ability to work in a team & handle the pressure of deadlines.
∎ Need to share the portfolio at the time of the interview.
