Photography & Photo for campaigns or content.
Print Production (brochures, posters and signage).
Responsibilities & Context:
Khoshroz Kitab Mahal Ltd., is the sister concern of Magura Group. This is 100 years old publication company in Bangladesh. The company deals with different kinds of law books, Islamic books, different kinds register & Education materials. The company has vacancy of Graphics Designer post. The person who has strong eligibility of following experience is encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities
1. Visual Concept Development
o Create and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, product packaging, social media, and branding.
2. Brand Identity & Consistency
o Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual outputs.
3. Collaboration
o Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, product managers, and clients to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.
4. Design Execution
o Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva to produce high-quality visual designs.
o Prepare design files for print, digital, or multimedia use.
5. Creative Problem Solving
o Translate abstract ideas and requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.
6. User-Centered Design
o Create graphics that enhance user experience and engagement, especially in digital platforms (web, app, social media).
7. Project & Time Management
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback.
8. Staying Updated
o Keep up with industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas.
