• Real Estate Sector 

Additional Requirements: Age 25 to 35 years 

• Experience for Graphics Designing expertise in Real Estate Sector (especially in Apartment sector) will be given preference.
• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for print media like newspaper Ads, brochures, leaflets, catalogues etc.
• Digital platforms contents like social media Ads for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, Google etc
• Banners and Programs Backdrops for Printing and Advertisements.
• Create and edit graphics for online marketing campaigns, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.
• Collaborating & co-ordination with the marketing and sales teams designing layouts for property presentations, project proposals and marketing collateral.  
• Design signage, billboards and other outdoor advertising materials.
• Ensure all design are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and real estate project themes.      
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them to enhance the company’s visual identity.       
• Assist in creating 3D layout renders for real estate projects when necessary.       
• Workable knowledge on 3D Max and Auto CAD software·       
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.     
• Designer having Real Estate experience will be highly preferred.   
• Any Certification on Graphics/Motion Designing, Video Editing.
• Digital Content Making (Both Statics & Motion)
• Website Designing along with Freelancing experience will be given preference
