Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working in agriculture/seed industry or rural-market-focused design.
• Ability to adapt designs to different audience types, especially in agro-based communications.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as generative design, background AI tools, or automation in design processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retouching, social media design, and print work.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of print formats (CMYK), DPI standards, and output requirements.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and maintain consistent quality.

Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and skilled on-site Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must work from our office location and have strong expertise in image retouching, as well as a keen eye for design across digital platforms and print media. Experience in the agriculture sector, especially seed companies, will be a strong advantage. Basic understanding of AI tools in design is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Retouching & Enhancement (Core Responsibility)
• Expertly retouch, edit, and enhance product and campaign images to maintain high visual standards.
• Perform color correction, background removal, and exposure adjustments.
• Deliver high-resolution, print-ready visuals for catalogs, packaging, and advertisements.
• Format and optimize images for various media — digital, social, and print.
• Collaborate with the marketing team or photographers for image selection and styling.
• Creative Design & Branding
• Create eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, web ads, and email content.
• Develop offline materials: brochures, posters, leaflets, packaging, and promotional items.
• Ensure all outputs align with brand identity and visual standards.
• Social Media & Campaign Design
• Design optimized graphics tailored to specific platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Stay updated on creative trends and adapt accordingly for engagement.
• Print Design & Production
• Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate bleed, resolution, and color profiles.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure final print outputs meet expectations.
• Project Collaboration
• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and team members to bring concepts to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and quality.
