Education:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
∎ Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
∎ Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and branding materials.
∎ Create engaging promotional materials, social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and other as per company required.
∎ Develop layouts and designs for brochures, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
∎ Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
∎ Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and videos as required.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and tools.
∎ Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
∎ We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. The Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to develop high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
