∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
∎ Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
∎ Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Create engaging visuals for promotions, offers, holiday packages, and special events.
∎ Adapt designs to fit platform-specific dimensions and audience preferences.
∎ Develop consistent branding materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and letterheads.
∎ Design logos, taglines, and visual identities for sub-brands and campaigns.
∎ Ensure all branding materials maintain a professional and cohesive look.
∎ Design digital and print advertisements for campaigns.
∎ Create visual content for email marketing, newsletters, and presentations.
∎ Produce high-quality mockups and visual aids for pitches and proposals.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
∎ Understand the target audience and tailor designs accordingly.
∎ Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
∎ Experiment with new ideas and creative approaches to enhance visual communication.
∎ Recommend improvements in design processes to boost efficiency and output quality.
∎ Maintain a repository of design assets and templates for future use.
∎ Organize and archive all project files systematically.
