• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Graphic Designing.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Proven experience in packaging design and brand-aligned visual communication.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of print-ready files.

• Hands-on experience in FMCG packaging design (food, beverage, or consumer goods preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial packaging designs, dyelines, and brand-aligned design work.

• Understanding & Experience of working with print vendors

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and FMCG shelf impact.

• Capability to design both new packaging concepts and refine existing one.

• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.

• High level of professional integrity.

• Develop innovative packaging designs aligned with international market requirements and brand standards.

• Develop creative marketing assets that drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Designing print materials and digital assets as per requirements.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready, accurate, and aligned with the company’s brand standards.

• Contribute creative ideas for packaging innovation, brand enhancement, and visual identity improvement in export markets.
