Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain marketing strategies and relevant content for projects, including company websites, the intranet, monthly newsletter(s), promotional events, marquees, and social media.
∎ Determine the message the design should portray
∎ Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to Marketing team
∎ Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
∎ Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
∎ Serve as the partner and point of contact for human resources, customer service, key vendor relationships and other key internal stakeholders.
∎ Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Lead and execute any marketing-related projects and tasks as assigned.
∎ Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experienced in Social Media.
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
∎ must be able to look at their work from the point of view of their consumers and examine how the designs they develop will be perceived by the consumer to ensure they convey the client's desired message.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
∎ Need atleast 6monthes experience in Social media.
Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)

∎ Job location is in Jessore (sheikh hasina software technology park)
