Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 40 years

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle consumer brand.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design, typography skills, and, ideally, product packaging or campaign work.Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus Skills: Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), video editing (Premiere), or Figma is highly desirable.Trend Awareness: A keen eye for current design trends, visual culture, and lifestyle aesthetics. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Brand & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve our visual identity system, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and imagery across all channels.

Digital & Social Media: Create engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, TikTok), website banners, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Product Marketing & Packaging: Design product packaging, labels, and marketing collateral (catalogs, look books) that enhance the consumer experience.

Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute seasonal product launches and campaigns.

Photo Art Direction: Collaborate on photo shoots, providing styling input and editing/retouching assets for web and print use.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of brand assets, templates, and final files.
