Bachelor's/Honours in any relevant discipline (Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts) or related fields.
Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
Design software knowledge (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator)
Understanding of the local Bangladesh market.
Creative, multitasking, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
Able to compile promotion reports digitally (e.g using Google Sheets, WhatsApp reporting, or internal tools).
Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.
Capable of developing promotion calendars, setting channel strategies (offline/online) and defining relevant KPIs.
Strong leadership skill, Target-driven and results-orientedProficiency in office suite.
A leading international convenience store chain, and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Graphic Designer to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
To create, adapt, and deliver high-quality promotional materials and packaging designs that align with seasonal themes, marketing strategies and brand guidelines while ensuring timely and efficient production to support brand visibility and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop various promotional materials such as Posters , Wobblers , POP gondolas, Banners etc.
• Coordinate with Merchandise Buyers and Promotion Planners to design layouts with product images and pricing details.
• Research and gather design inspiration and creative references from various sources such as advertisements, magazines, newspapers and online platforms.
• Ensure all promotional materials are consistent with the themes and reflect relevant seasonal or event-based campaigns
• Ensure in-store promotional materials are ordered and delivered on time to all branches.
• Check and finalize leaflet content based on regional needs.
Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
