∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with AI tools for design or a willingness to learn.
∎ Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
∎ Ability to create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms.
∎ Ability to create original illustrations is a plus.
∎ Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
∎ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
∎ Curiosity and adaptability to new tools and design trends.
∎ Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in development of media contents.
∎ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ The selected candidate may be required to travel outside Dhaka occasionally.
∎ Design graphics for social media, websites, reports, and other digital platforms.
∎ Develop visual assets such as infographics, event banners, and presentation templates.
∎ Support storytelling by transforming complex data and ideas into clear, visually engaging designs.
∎ Design layouts for reports, policy briefs, and other print publications.
∎ Coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality printed materials.
∎ Ensure all materials align with IID’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to maintain visual consistency across IID’s communication materials.
∎ Work closely with the research and program teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.
∎ Provide design support for other teams as needed, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
∎ Purpose of the Role:
∎ IID is looking for a Graphic Designer to help create visually engaging content that amplifies IID’s mission and storytelling across digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with the IID’s creative research, and program teams to design graphics, publications, and digital content that resonate with diverse audiences.
