Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Graphic Design, AutoCAD, or any related field
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill, Graphics Design Auto CAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Canva, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Google analytics
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop innovative and imaginative growth plans.
∎ The process of planning, carrying out, and evaluating experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Develop and implement innovative concepts that are in line with brand objectives and appeal to the intended audience.
∎ Create high-quality graphics, video content, and animations to improve your brand's image.
∎ Create captivating and well-written copy for ads, stories, and other types of content.
∎ Create digital marketing plans that include websites, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, emails, all kinds of social media, and display ads.
∎ Maintaining the various social media accounts of the organization, increasing the visibility of advertisements and our overall social media presence on all digital platforms.
∎ Maintaining Company Website, Domain and Hosting, Writing Article for Website
∎ Know what's trending and what's new, and use those insights to optimize spend and performance.
∎ Create content that stands out and makes a difference on social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing channels.
∎ Evaluate the customer journey from start to finish across multiple channels and touchpoints with robust analytical capabilities.
∎ Establish growth and development plans for strategic digital assets for the company and ensure the growth and business performance of those assets.
∎ Work with teams from different departments to figure out what needs to be done for the project and how to communicate the brand.
∎ Manage your content calendars to make sure your messages get to people on time and in the right order.
∎ Keep an eye on what's going on in the industry and the best ways to create and design content.
∎ Ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of any website integration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.)
∎ Strong storytelling abilities, with the knack for translating concepts into engaging content
∎ Excellent visual and written communication skills
∎ Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
∎ A portfolio showcasing your creative content and digital marketing projects
