This new team member will have a passion for bringing brand identity to life through visual media. For this role, we are looking for a designer with experience creating various forms of digital and print media for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, product guides, and package design. This role will have a flexible schedule with time split between in office hours and remote hours. We also require each new hire to complete a three-month probationary period to ensure it`s the best fit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Branding and Communications Teams to create effective, compelling content based on concepts from promotional calendar, brand style, and research
∎ Define and promote the visual identities of multiple brands across various online selling platforms and social media channels
∎ Design, develop, and produce 2D digital and printed visual materials across multiple brands and audiences, including but not limited to front-end website design, website banners and informational graphics, e-mail newsletters and marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and packaging and tag designs
∎ Present and defend designs and key deliverables to team members and executive level stakeholders; Revise content as needed
∎ Multi-task on several projects and provide deliverables in accordance with schedule
∎ Create content following templates and style guides as well as original content; Expand upon established brand principles to facilitate growth and versatility
∎ Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology updates
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good in English writing and speaking
∎ Proficiency in English ( Level C1-C2)
∎ At least 3 years of relevant design experience creating branded visual materials
∎ Portfolio of current design work (URL or PDF)
∎ Comfortable with working and communicating across global teams
∎ Knowledge of and experience with creating visual content for websites, Instagram, and Facebook is required. Experience creating for Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and/or YouTube is a plus.
∎ Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom)
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
∎ Experience with Canva and Shopify is a plus
∎ Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus
∎ Strong understanding of and experience in branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media.
∎ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to take direction from multiple people.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
