About the Role

USA Xplorer is seeking a highly creative and responsible Graphic Designer / Document Designer who will take full ownership of all graphic design requirements while also producing high-quality written content. This role is central to maintaining our brand image, visual communication, and content standards across all platforms. The ideal candidate is confident in handling diverse graphic design tasks and is also a strong, thoughtful writer.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Responsibility):

• Handle all company graphic design needs, including social media creatives, posters, banners, presentations, and marketing materials

• Design visual content for websites, advertisements, and internal documents

• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, color, and typography across all materials

• Edit, revise, and improve existing design assets as needed

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver timely outputs

Content Writing (Secondary but Strong Requirement):

• Write clear, engaging, and professional content for websites, social media, and marketing materials

• Develop captions, promotional copy, short articles, and informational content

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone

• Support content development for company documentation and communication materials

Requirements

• Strong practical skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end graphic design tasks independently

• Excellent writing skills in English with strong grammar and clarity

• Good understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work during night shift hours (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

• Responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple creative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design or writing tools

• Background in Design, Media, English, Marketing, or a related field
